Priority points registration
The month of June is Priority Points registration. Companies with the most points, earned from membership and exhibiting, will have first choice of booth location. We will announce final booth placements for these exhibitors in early July. Beginning on July 1, booths will be assigned on a first come first served basis. Please be sure to check the floor plan before selecting your top 6 booth locations.

2026 Keynote Speakers

Janet Duckham- Wednesday am speaker
Janet Duckham is a 40-year veteran of the foodservice industry. She is the founder of Next Level Up, LLC, a consulting firm, and is the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Captain D’s on a full-time contract basis. Additionally, Janet is a former board member of Milarex, an international seafood company marketing and processing sustainable salmon products, and a guest lecturer at Texas A&M University, Mays Business School in the AmplifyU program. Janet has a passion for bringing out the best in people through her energetic and engaged leadership style. She has a successful record of improving profits for all stakeholders by developing strong efficient work teams, reducing costs, and increasing sales. Prior to her current positions, she was Captain Ds’ Chief Supply Chain Officer for 10 years. Janet started her foodservice career as a restaurant manager with Luby’s Cafeteria. She quickly rose up the ranks to Vice President of Operations Services where she led seven departments. She spent 24 years at Luby’s delivering outstanding results in many areas. Janet earned a BBA in Management from Texas A&M University and was a 4-year captain and letterwinner in Women’s basketball. She has published numerous leadership and procurement articles in several industry publications. Janet has traveled the globe for both work and pleasure.

frank yiannas- Thursday am speaker
Frank Yiannas is a renowned food safety leader and executive, food system futurist, author, professor, past president of the International Association of Food Protection, and advocate for consumers. Most recently, he served under two different administrations as the Deputy Commissioner for Food Policy and Response at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), a position he held from 2018 to 2023, after spending 30 years in leadership roles with two industry giants: Walmart and the Walt Disney Company. After retiring from the FDA, Yiannas founded Smarter FY Solutions to help organizations address critical food safety and supply chain challenges. He also advises several prestigious companies, offering consultancy services to modernize compliance strategies and ensure clients meet regulatory requirements and industry standards. Throughout his career, Frank has been recognized for his role in strengthening food safety standards in new and innovative ways, as well as building effective food safety management systems based on modern, science-based, and tech-enabled prevention principles.
