We actively engage with policymakers in Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin to advance the interests of food manufacturers, while working with partners at both the state and federal level to amplify the industry’s voice on critical issues.
Education & training
We provide high‑quality educational programming and training on topics including food safety, workplace safety, leadership development and more – preparing industry professionals for challenges they face on the plant floor.
Industry Support
We support members by providing tens of thousands of dollars in funding for impactful, industry-focused research and post-secondary scholarships for children of member-company employees.
NETWORKING
We continually build a strong network of industry professionals through engaging events – like our annual golf outing and sporting clay competition – that strengthen relationships and foster professional growth.
Scholarship Program
The MWFPA Scholarship is open to any child whose parent or guardian works for a member company.
MWFPA COMMITTEES
MWFPA staff sends out periodical items of interest via email to each committee’s distribution list to help alert members of regulatory items and other newsworthy issues.
