This multi-day leadership program is tailored for rising professionals in the food manufacturing industry, equipping them with the tools and insights needed to lead effectively in a dynamic and highly regulated environment.
Participants will engage in hands-on workshops and expert-led sessions covering core leadership principles, strategic management, and company culture development. Emphasis will be placed on cultivating a proactive mindset, fostering innovation, and building resilient teams that can adapt to industry shifts and operational challenges.

Tuition covers all program expenses, participant meals and hotel accommodations for the February, April & May sessions.
*Hotel rooms, if needed, must be booked separately for the December session, which takes place during the MWFPA Annual Convention.
