We're excited your company is interested in exhibiting at our annual Convention! Exhibiting is reserved for current members- if you aren't sure if your company is a member, please reach out to jamie.julian@mwfpa.org.
Current members can register online. The individual registering your booth will be considered your booth contact for related Convention communications.
Please note: Payment must be received by Friday, October 2, 2026 for inclusion in the show guide!

10' wide x 8' deep in a preferred location

Additional Standard $600
Please note: one additional booth can be purchased per full price booth. There are no booth staff included.

Exhibitor Booth Payments Received > By October 2 for inclusion in the show guide!
Exhibitor Move-in > Tuesday, December 1, 2026 from 9AM - 4PM
Exhibit Hours > Tuesday, December 1- 4PM - 6PM; Wednesday, December 2- 9AM - 4PM; Thursday, December 3 - 8AM-10AM
Exhibitor tear-down > Thursday, December 3 from 11AM - 6:00PM

Valley Expo Services
Work with Valley Expo for shipping items to the show, and purchasing booth extras, like electricity. An email will be sent to your booth contact in July with instructions on how to view the online exhibitor kit.
