Implementing SQF 1000 & 2000 Systems Seminar, Radisson Hotel, La Crosse, WI. Sponsored by the Midwest Food Processors Association.
To meet recent marketplace requirements, food processors must become experts in the SQF codes that outline requirements for food safety and quality management systems.  This two-day course is designed to provide participants with detailed knowledge and understanding of the SQF codes and is required for those individuals who wish to become SQF experts. 
Attendees will develop an understanding of the need to improve food safety and quality and develop a common understanding of the application of the requirements described in the SQF codes.  Attendees must have completed a recognized HACCP Training Course in order to attend this course.
