If Wisconsin’s food processing industry is to realize its full economic potential, it needs more attention including a reliable regulatory environment, a skilled workforce and recognition of the industry’s importance to the state’s economy and quality of life. Those are the key conclusions from a joint study, Be Bold III: Accelerate Wisconsin, released by Competitive Wisconsin and Deloitte Consulting.
