Course. The Department of Food Science at Purdue
University is offering an online course designed for traditional
college students and providing continuing educational credits
for distant learners in industrial settings. The three-credit
course is being offered for about $900 and has been taken by
many Sanitation Managers/Supervisors in the food industry and
been well received.

receptions of the 2008 GOP Convention on September 2, 2008, in
